Argyll Lone Worker Solutions currently supports over 200 discrete clients with duty of care responsibility for almost 30,000 subscribers. As the UK-leader in lone worker monitoring, Argyll continuously invests in research and development and deploys the most robust and advanced risk monitoring technology.

Formed in 1998, Argyll & the Islands Telecom Ltd is accredited to ISO 9001:2000 by UKAS. The company is recognized as an Investor In People (a Prince2 Project Management practitioner) and is a member of the BSIA - British Security Industry Association, the TSA - Telecare Services Association, the SFHA and the SSAIB.

Proactive in setting standards for the lone worker industry, Argyll works closely with ACPO - Association of Chief Police Officers of England, Wales & Northern Ireland, ACPOS - Association of Chief Police Officers in Scotland and BSIA to develop and improve its software. Argyll also works closely with manufacturers to introduce new safety device products within the UK.

As the UK’s market leader in Lone Worker care & protection, Argyll is constantly striving to improve it’s service and was recently awarded the prestigious ‘Secured by Design’ certification by the Association of Chief Police Officers (Scotland) for it's new, purpose-built Alarm Receiving Centre based in Dunoon.
