What is Archangel?

Archangel is an integrated risk and location management service. It enables central monitoring stations, contact centres and incident control centres to deliver comprehensive and robust personal security services for Lone Worker and Assisted Living applications.

Archangel is a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution and is arguably the most flexible and reliable personal safety monitoring service available today. Archangel currently delivers duty of care services to 10’s of thousands of end users throughout the UK.

How does it work?

Internet services combine with a growing choice of devices to deliver an integrated location aware, risk management, incident alerting and response management service. Archangel is suitable for a wide range of ‘at risk’ and vulnerable client groups.

Archangel is flexible and open to monitoring almost any GSM or Internet connected device. Current applications include mobile phones, smartphones (eg. Blackberry®, Windows or Android), specialised GPS devices, discreet safety equipment and asset management devices.

Archangel’s client administration portal (CAP) provides high levels of access control to safeguard sensitive personal data. CAP provides dynamic management of an end user’s personal wellbeing, occupational and violence & aggression risk profile and provides management of the escalation and alerting protocols. Audit and activity reports enable end users and control rooms to demonstrate compliance with industry standards and health & safety legislation and identify policy compliance and training needs.
