Argyll offers a range of accredited safety devices for use with our service. These devices are selected after rigorous technical testing and upon their merit for a specific operational application (e.g. man-down) within our varied client user groups. Unless stated otherwise, our Accredited Lone Worker Device range is accredited as being fit for purpose in all aspects of BS8484 and our service functionality.

The QLinQ is an award winning 'all in one discreet safety solution' for either indoors or outdoors risk applications. It is particularly suitable if carrying two devices is not the preferred option. The QlinQ comprises a fully functioning mobile phone, integrated man-down facilities, dedicated DURESS buttons and GPS technology that provides accurate device location to within 5m. Lone Worker Smartcare GPS
Smartcare is a discreet device suitable for indoor and outdoor risk applications. It is a simple mobile phone and safety device in one. It contains limited mobile phone functions, a dedicated DURESS button, provides man-down features and contains GPS technology. It provides full control of sim costs, enables contact between managers and lone workers and provides the capacity to call discreetly for immediate assistance to the exact location within 5m. Lone Worker Identicare
Identicare is a discreet device suitable for service organisations using ID’s while working with the public at their own premises. Identicare is designed to look and feel like a normal identity (ID) card-holder. It contains limited mobile phone functions, optional man-down, dedicated DURESS button and Cell-ID based location technology. Lone Worker Companion

Lone Worker Maxcare
Maxcare is a discreet waterproof device suitable for high risk occupations, vulnerable adult groups and outdoor leisure pursuits. Designed in the form of an armband, it can be worn discreetly and comfortably around the arm, leg, shoulder or waist – or it can even be stitched into an item of clothing.
