PRiSM Proactive Risk and Safety Management

PRiSM - Proactive Risk and Safety Management

What is PRiSM?

PRiSM stands for Proactive Risk and Safety Management. PRiSM is a unique member based risk data management service and it enables members to validate and then share risks such as violence and aggression. Fundamentally, PRiSM enables members to search for risks within identified post codes and PRiSM alerts Lone Workers when they approach a validated address. It is the only service that comprehensively manages risks posed to Lone Workers and it is an insurer approved and police preferred service.

How does PRiSM work?

PRiSM uses a secure Internet service to identify, log and manage all critical risks posed to Lone Worker personnel. Crucially, PRiSM follows a legally approved business process that ensures risk warning data is held and shared in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 and ensures that all warnings are validated before posting to the organisation and shared with other members of PRiSM.

Testimonial

"From the first time I met Tom several years ago, I always admire, and take comfort from his desire to get to grips with a problem, and seek out a solution that is right for the customer. Recently we have worked together on Project PRiSM, which is a bespoke solution as we sought to bridge a link between workplace violence, and other known risk information to better safeguard our staff and support our stakeholders. With Tom's help and contacts we were able to overcome significant challenges from the start not least the need for complete legal compliance but also data integrity across our stakeholders. I can honestly say they without Tom's help we would not have succeeded, particularly in such a short time, and he has now delivered for us something far more robust than that conception. I look forward to any future working relationships, knowing Tom and his team will be able to deliver."
