A multi disciplinary team work in partnership with members of the acute and primary care teams to provide support and skilled knowledge to patients and their families.

Care is promoted in a friendly and supportive atmosphere to patients, families and carers, both during and after the illness and in times of bereavement.

St Vincent’s Hospice is committed to achieving the highest standards possible and to providing fair entitlement and access to its services, within the available resources.

The Hospice provides a range of care facilities to those diagnosed with life limiting illness such as cancer, motor neurone disease and other progressive conditions, offering both in-patients and Day Hospice services.

The Fundraising Event

The girls and boys of the Commercial Team at the Paisley Branch of Bank Of Scotland have taken up the challenge to raise some much needed funds for St Vincent's Hospice.

It costs £3 to provide one minute of care in the Hospice. With their donations having dramatically reduced by £100,000 in 2010 we are trying to help this fantastic institution.

The team, including Robert, Gillian, Lynne, Alan W, Kenny, Colin, Alan L and James will be walking, hobbling and in some cases rolling around the Island of Milport on a sponsored walk on Friday 23rd September.

Times are tough for everyone however it is important to remember that there is ALWAYS someone in need of the care that St Vincent's provide.

You can contribute to this worthy cause at the team's www.justgiving.com page. All sponsorship and donations will be gratefully received.
